1. Definitions

2.2 Account Registration

2.3 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one account with qq101. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds. If qq101 discovers that you have opened more than one account, we reserve the right to close all accounts and void any transactions, including winnings.

2.4 Verification Requirements

qq101 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. You agree to provide the following documents within 7 days of request:

• Valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) or passport showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document) dated within the last 3 months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number).

Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

qq101 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts: Rp 25.000 for bank transfers, Rp 10.000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit for VIP members. Standard members may deposit up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed account verification (KYC) if requested by qq101.
• Meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses received.
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Request withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers, Rp 25.000 for e-wallets. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction for bank transfers, Rp 10.000.000 per transaction for e-wallets.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

qq101 processes withdrawals as follows:

• Bank Transfers: 30 minutes to 2 hours (most withdrawals completed within 1 hour)
• E-Wallets: Instant to 30 minutes
• VIP Members: Priority processing with average time under 30 minutes

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or if additional verification is required. qq101 reserves the right to conduct security checks on any withdrawal request.

3.4 Withdrawal Fees

qq101 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals beyond 3 per month may incur a processing fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 50.000.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

qq101 is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. You must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these terms.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by qq101 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses typically carry a 25x to 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30.000.000 in total bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet per spin/hand is typically Rp 10.000 until wagering requirements are met.
• Expiration Period: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after activation unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

qq101 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Any other activity that gives the player an unfair advantage

4.3 Promotional Terms

Each promotion has specific terms and conditions detailed on the promotional page. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before participating. qq101 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the governing sports authority. In the event of abandoned or postponed matches:

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid.
• If a match is abandoned after kickoff and not completed within 48 hours, bets are typically voided unless the outcome was already determined.
• For BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other major leagues, official league rulings determine bet settlements.

5.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game rules are as follows:

• Live dealer games follow standard international casino rules (blackjack, roulette, baccarat).

• Any form of cheating or fraudulent activity

6. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Closure and Suspension

qq101 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You provide false or misleading information
• Required verification documents are not provided within the specified timeframe
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to qq101, provided the funds were obtained legitimately and all wagering requirements have been met.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and qq101:
